This is a bit of a jumbled mess today, my brain is all over the place. Let me know what you think.

Advice. Every single person has an opinion these days on how you should live your life. I understand the intent. These folks intend to help guide you along in this infinite game of life.
Are they living their own life by the advice they are giving?
If not, why should you listen to them? You shouldn’t.
Listening to their advice is like listening to a vegan’s recommendation for a steakhouse.
Example + Advice = Exceptional Leadership
People living and leading by example are the ones to listen to. This goes for you and I as well. Before we give advice to people we need to ask ourselves, are we living by the advice, values, and principles we are espousing upon others? If not, why not? Today, right now, is the second best time to start living our lives with our own advice. The best time was yesterday. Acta Non Verba, Deeds Over Words. It is time to stop talking about being this and that. It is time to start taking action to bring your vision to life. Will there be days where you fall short? Absolutely. Give yourself grace, own it, and be better. We are all going to have days where we don’t get everything done we set out to. Every second in life is a chance to be better than the previous second.
Figuring out who you want to be and what life you want to live will offer insights as to what example you want to set.
Leading by example is effective due to our mirror neurons in our brain. When people see the results achieved through the actions we take, their brain will be drawn to perform the same behavior. This can be emotional regulation during stressful situations to a healthy body. You leading by example shows people it is possible. If you, another human can do it, so can they.
First things first, figure out who you are. Figure out what type of life you want to live. Not based on someone else's opinion. Based on your desires. Your vision.
-Who do you want to be?
-What do you want to do?
-How are you going to get there?
-Why do you want this?
-What is the one thing you can do today to start creating the life you desire?
You will be met with resistance in various forms once you set out on the journey to the life you envision. Family, friends, and coworkers may be the ones delivering this resistance. Be resilient. Keep forging ahead. The resistance will subside as long as you keep going. Past the haters and doubters. That is where success lives. Have a great week. The topic of this one is incredibly well timed. Something I have been thinking about a lot lately is "Live it First. Communicate it Second". When possible, I always want to teach from personal experience.
The flip side of that is my struggle with imposter syndrome, especially when I have had trouble consistently following my own advice. I have learned that the best way to deal with imposter syndrome is to be radically transparent with my own struggles. I always try to follow my own advice, but I am often not successful. I do my best to simply be honest about that.
